Before founding SchoolOps, Anders served as the founding Director of Operations for a school in Baltimore, where he built the school’s operations from the ground up. While he was the Director of Operations, the school grew to serve nearly 500 students while consistently outperforming peer schools. Along the way, he discovered a gap: no professional learning existed specifically for operations professionals. So he began traveling to shadow other school operations leaders, meet with mentors, and piece together resources for himself and his team.
